We use the same barebone systems all the major vendors use, and make adjustments according to the customer's desire and needs.
The warranty for all laptop computers are an industry standard one year warranty
with an extended second and third year for an additional charge.
We recommend the purchase of the "accidental warranty" which is separate from all other warranties so you will have the best protection.
Spectra PC, Inc. strongly suggests you retain the original packaging and shipping
materials providing you have to return it to us for warranty service.

We integrate multiple drives and controllers to protrect your valuable data, and offer back up services which encrypts your data before being sent to a backup server located in the Cincinnati area.
If you need a maintenance contract, though your current systems were not built by us, we can cover any PC on your premise.
